Ok, so maybe I was a little hard on Coach Lloyd Carr. I'm not jumping off the Michigan fan wagon but none the less I am disappointed with game performances in key match ups. I don't understand how you let a team come in on your home turf and whoop up on you. I will still be rooting for Michigan in their games. This could turn out to be the worse thing that could happen for the rest of Michigan's opponents this year. You better watch out.
Michigan will not be in the hunt for the National Championship unless everyone loses 2 games and Michigan goes on to win the rest of their games.

Boycotting the Big Blue (Michigan Wolverines)
I've been a Michigan fan since I was in elementary, I would always root for them. Don't worry I would root for Ohio State also, but when it came to the big game it was all Michigan for me. That is, until September 1, 2007. The world saw the biggest upset unfolding in front of their eyes. I saw it in the first quarter. I knew Michigan was in trouble. Appalachian State dominated against Michigan at the big house.
I have come to the conclusion that I have had enough of Lloyd Carr, he needs to go. He is not able to prepare his team for the big games. Let's take a look at a brief history.
During the last 6 bowl games Michigan is 1-5
During the last 6 OSU games Michigan is 1-5
To add insult to injury Michigan is now forever linked as the only Top 25 team (top 5 team) to be beaten by a division I-AA team.
Until Lloyd Carr is fired or resigns I will not root for Michigan again. I will remain a homeless college football fan.

The Blue Period
Here I sit at my computer. Not really knowing what to write about. I (we) really want to buy a house. To have a place to call home that we can what we want to do with it. I am tired of renting, renting sucks the sour grape. I'm tired of living in the "pink" house. And yes it is pink, no joking about. Imagine Pepto-bismol on a 2 story 1100 square foot house. Not a pretty sight. So I digress. I have decided to change my layout to blue. I am going to call this the blue period of my blogging adventure.
I don't read many blogs anymore. I don't even keep up with my families blogs very often. (Sorry Tim & Steph) Delilah will ask me if I have read such and such on such and such's blog. I'm always like, "Huh, nope" Good story by the way Tim, about the rabbit.
So, I guess this is all I have for the day. If your lucky I might post sooner than 30 days next time.

A Week in Review
It has been an interesting week and a quick one at that. Avery is doing well. She is getting into a good schedule and sleeping good at night. Not that her night schedule effects me to much since I can't feed her. I'm not quite equipped for that, thank goodness. Delilah and I had some intense fellowship earlier this week, I could just blame it on her hormones being whacked out, but that wouldn't be very accurate it was more me than anything else. Yesterday was Avery's one week check up afterwords we stopped by my work to show her off to everyone, when we got there everyone was at a retirement party so we just went their and showed her off. She slept through the whole lunch it was great.
If you read Delilah's blog you already know that I'm planning on heading into the office. At this point I plan on working half days. Work said I could have two weeks off but I want to get back into it so I'm not completely out of the loop.
Other than that everything is going well for the first week of Avery's life.
-Fly on.
